Trash the Dress for charity - Saskatoon photographers

Our third and most successful year yet, happened last August and was an absolute blast!  As we busily plan for this years event I realized I haven't blogged about last years yet.  A huge thank you to all of our sponsors!  We couldn't make this event so successful without you!  So in no particular order, thank you:

DSLR course & Photoshop course Saskatoon - Saskatoon Photographers

We are holding another beginner DSLR and Photoshop course this Sunday, May 11, 2014 (yes, on mother's day:)).  Each course is 2 hours in length.  Each one is $110 plus taxes.  If you wish to do both, it is $210 plus taxes.  The first course is the DSLR course from 1-3pm and the second is the Photoshop course from 3:30-5:30.  If you wish to give your mother the gift of learning this mothers day (and a little time for herself), book her in!  Classes are small, so there isn't much room left!  Contact us for more details.  memoriesbymandy@shaw.ca 

 

Parker & Floyd's - Saskatoon photographers

I had the pleasure of photographing the crew at Parker and Floyd's here in Saskatoon.  While this isn't something I do regularly, it was a lot of fun to hang out with these ladies for the morning.  Their space is unique, and their team is so up beat.

Let's talk receptions.  My favorite part of receptions are the speeches.  9 times out of 10 I kill myself laughing.  Plus it's pretty awesome hearing all those embarrassing stories about the couple.

This first image is from a wedding I photographed in 2008.

This next image is from a reception last summer, which ironically was held at the same venue, which happens to be one of my favs, the Top of the Inn at the Sheraton.  (longest sentence ever, hahaha.  I'm obviously not a writer:)).  Loving these shots!

Photoshop/DLSR course - Saskatoon photographers

I often have people contacting me asking if I am holding another DSLR course or Photoshop course here in Saskatoon.  We are having one on Sunday, May 4, 2014 and if there is enough interest we will be having another one on Sunday, May 11, 2014 as well.  For all the details on our courses, please email us!  memoriesbymandy@shaw.ca.  If you have a small group of friends who would be interested in having a private course, I am willing to do private courses as well depending on availability.  Thanks so much Saskatoon!  Cheers!   

My little birthday boy - Saskatoon photographers

Here is my little boy.  I can't believe he is 1 today!  We did a good 'ol fashion cake smash on the weekend.  Apparently him and I don't have the same taste in cake.  He preferred the bath afterwards:).    Wishing you the happiest of birthdays.  I love you so much little man!  -Mom
